Dr. Frederick A. Moffa

Granby Family Eye Care is owned and operated by
Dr. Frederick A. Moffa. He and his wife Jennifer
reside in Granby with their three young
children; Jamie Catherine, Freddie, and
Kelly-Anne. Dr. Moffa and Jennifer are
both graduates of Granby Memorial
High School. Dr. Moffa graduated, in 1995, from
the prestigious New England College of Optometry,
in Boston. Dr. Moffa is a Board Certified
Optometrist, licenced to practice Advance
Optometric Care in Connecticut. This allows Dr.
Moffa to provide the community with a complete
scope of eye care, including the diagnosis and
treatment of many eye diseases.
